At MIREN, every order is prepared with care to ensure your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.
At this time, we ship within South Africa only.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on:
- Weekends
- Public holidays
- Peak promotional periods
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive confirmation and shipping updates where available.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the product selected.
Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Selected products stocked locally may qualify for faster delivery.
Extended Delivery
Estimated delivery: 8–11 business days
Some products require additional handling and fulfilment time before delivery.
These delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
Multiple Items In One Order
If your order contains products with different delivery times:
- Items may arrive separately
- Faster shipping products may be delivered before extended delivery items
- Additional shipping charges will not apply unless stated at checkout
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver within South Africa only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief explanation of the issue
